Part of the commitment we make to our therapeutic relationship is respecting each other's time and ensuring consistency in our sessions. This policy helps to honor the time and effort that goes into preparing for our sessions and ensures that our therapeutic work remains consistent and effective.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice. This allows us to adjust schedules accordingly and potentially offer your appointment slot to another client in need.
In the event that you cancel with less than 24 hours notice or miss a scheduled session without prior notification, you are responsible for the cost of the missed session.
I strongly encourage you to utilize my online scheduling calendar to easily make, cancel, and reschedule sessions at your convenience.
Of course, I understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, and I'm here to work with you if you encounter any difficulties in adhering to this policy. Open communication is key, so if you anticipate any challenges or need to discuss scheduling adjustments, please don't hesitate to reach out.
Ultimately, my goal is to create a supportive and collaborative therapeutic environment where your needs are prioritized, and our time together is used effectively to support your growth and well-being.
